You might want to revisit Capture One Pro. I am reletively new to photography. I really enjoy Capture One, but have never used LR or PS. I have heard from a lot of people who have made the jump to C1, and have never heard a complaint about C1's file management. It seems these people have been sticking with C1 for the raw processer and speed. Also sounds like the B&W, color adjustment, and tone control are superior. Many say they aren't using PS as much anymore because of these color and tone features in C1. It does sound like LR's print module is superior, and C1 has no pano stitch or hdr stacking as far as I know. Just thought I would throw this out there.
